All Employee licensing conditions
Zoho One licenses must be purchased for every employee on the company payroll, including employees who do not use the service. This model does not allow purchasing for selected employees only; the license quantity must cover all employees and is not one shared license for the whole company.
Subscription term and service scope
This is a 12-month subscription, not a perpetual license. Check the employee count, license quantity and organisation account before activation. Installation, migration and add-ons are governed by the quotation and are not automatically included.
